JOB DESCRIPTON :-
1. All aspects of product manufacturing, maintenance, Process & Cost Improvements.
2. Planning production based on the Job Order, order pipeline and delivery timelines shared by the sales team.
3. Manpower planning in line with the production planning.
4. Prioritizing production and assigning job to the work force through efficient work force management.
5. Meeting with concerned departments to take decisions about schedule, planning for achievement within timelines.
6. Co-ordinating with the design department as and when required.
7. Tracking and improving the productivity of workers and reducing the product rejection.
8. Manpower training and mentoring.
9. Tracking stage-wise production and reporting to the CEO.
10. Preparing workers’ Job cards.
11. Capacity planning, executing and reviewing the agreed production plan to meet weekly and monthly targets.
12. Outsourcing production activities based on requirement and financial viability.
13. Timely and proper co-ordination with quality control, inventory management and control and purchase teams.
14. Driving quality, process change and Lean initiatives to ensure sustained profitable operations in the unit.
15. Building positive employee relationship & ensure statutory compliances.
16. Ensuring timely completion of the project within time and budgetary parameters and interfacing with Director for emergency conditions.
17. Foreseeing performance bottlenecks and taking corrective measures to avoid the same.
18. Implementing manufacturing quality standards methods, facilities policies and procedures on the shop floor.
19. Maintaining the safety standards as per safety systems & company policy.
20. Proper co-ordination with sales backend for dispatch.

Required Experience and Skills
1. In-depth knowledge of Production Planning & Control
2. Extensive knowledge of metal fabrication processes and welding
3. Ability to plan, schedule, co-ordinate and problem solve effectively.
4. Excellent leadership skill.
