After Got Your COMPANY REQUIREMENT FORM We Will Schedule INTERVIEW As Per Our Below Mentioned PROCEDURE.
On Every SATURDAY We will Upload All The Companies Requirements with full Details (Which we got from Every Monday To Friday) On Our JOBS WEBSITE PORTAL and JOBS MOBILE APPLICATION. (So Mail Us Your Requirement before FRIDAY
Otherwise We will not Upload Any types of Requirement During the Week Except Saturday).
On Every SUNDAY All The Candidates will APPLY them Suitable Jobs On WEBSITE PORTAL and JOBS APPLICATION.
On Every MONDAY Applied Candidates will be Screening, Sorting and Filtering By us As Per Your Requirement. After that We will Communicate Candidates And Company for INTERVIEW SCHEDULE.
On Every TUESDAY and WEDNESDAY We will Sent Shortlisted Candidates for INTERVIEW.(If Company Authorized Person Not Available On TUESDAY And WEDNESDAY. We will not Send Candidates On Another Days and We will Re-Schedule The
interview On Next TUESDAY and WEDNESDAY Only).
On Every THURSDAY/FRIDAY We will Contact You to get INTERVIEWS Feedback for Candidates.(Company Must have to give us feedback of INTERVIEWS Within These Two Days. Otherwise we will send them to Another Companies Interview).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If company have really need to hire candidates & have a actual vacancy then email us. (Not for formal Interviews/Data collection)
Company will email us its requirement at least before 7 to 10 working days compulsory.
If company’s authorized person will not present on decided interview schedule day, company will be responsible for it and have to manage Interview in any matters, otherwise we will not re-schedule the Interview.
If candidates are confirmed/selected by the company and offer them job, and after that company will not confirm them on joining time, at that time we will not responsible for anything. We will not schedule the Interview for
Company will have to compulsory give us feedback of scheduled Interview, like selected candidates list, salary, joining date, offer letter, Rejected list etc…
If company will call or appoint candidates from rejected/pending lists, company will have to inform us before the candidates, so we will update the candidate status in our data bank otherwise we will not schedule further
If we have not suitable candidates data as per company requirement in our data bank at that time company will have to wait until we manage/collect data from our sources or company will also try to hire candidates from them
