Responsibilities:
● Execution of civil work building construction as per detailed drawing provided by Architect / Consultant.
● Responsible for execution of all kinds of civil and finishing & interior fit out jobs, preparation of bar bending schedule and also check the reinforcement as per drawing.
● Checking the slam of concrete and the quality of pouring.
● Periodically checking & maintaining daily reports of the working progress at site.
● Knowledge of water proofing & usage of construction chemicals...RCC works.
● Coordination between different agencies to ensure smooth working of the project.
● Cost control on projects and Billing of contractors; Coordination with contractors, material suppliers.
● Preparation of Bar Charts, estimates and RA Bills
● Maintaining the quality of Work, proper coordination with subcontractors and all Works related to Jr. Engineers Etc.

● Visited architects, structural consultants, any other outside offices as per instructions by the construction manager and much more.
